4. Intellectual Property

Any ideas, concepts, or materials submitted remain the intellectual property of the User unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement.

5. Data Use

We collect only the information necessary to respond to your request:

  • Name, email, and designation (if provided)
  • The message or brief you submit
  • Any files you voluntarily upload
  • Basic session data (IP, browser, device) for analytics

6. No Guarantee of Response

While we endeavour to respond to all submissions promptly, SOUR does not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe or at all.

7. Limitation of Liability

SOUR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
